  They have two lanes, but we're only answering one speaker. When I got to the window, a girl explained that the camera is broken and so is the sensor. Evidently she couldn't hear me talking either. It took 5 or more minutes after arriving at the second window to receive my salad, which is not particularly fresh. The young man at the window eventually started berating his coworkers about it, so that I wouldn't be grumpy with him for just standing around. The plastic around my fork and knife was covered in brown sauce. Disgusting.

  Ok, so I had a fairly simple order one night around nine pm. It was a chicken sandwich with bacon and a medium drink and a fry. Easy right? Check it. When I got my food, I had to remind them of my fries. And had to get a different drink. I was like, ok. I've had worse. When I get home I come to find all that is in my sandwich is one piece of bread and extremely salty fries mostly uncooked chicken. So I called the store. No answer. Tried again. No answer. Tried the next day. No answer. By far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, let alone the worst fast food resteraunt. I basically paid 8 bucks to have my dinner messed up.

  Went through drive-thru & ordered 2 happy meals, one with extra fries. We received no fries or a toy in either meal. This isn't the first time they have messed up the order. I wish we had another fast food choice in town so I wouldn't have to drive to Sturgis for decent service.

  Foods okay sometimes. Once in a while the sweet tea is made perfectly. If they don't forget something in your order, which doesn't happen a lot, then it isn't a bad place to go for fast service.
